The Maintenance Manager will focus on safe, efficient reliable maintenance and operations of equipment to ensure the production of quality products and machine up time.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute preventative maintenance programs.Improve the reliability of the equipment.Troubleshoot Electronic PLC's EquipmentServe as a key resource for safety related issuesMeet and exceed OSHA requirements for a safe workplacePurchasing and vendor relationsBuild and maintain CMMS systemsWelding, Fabricating, Machine tool experienceProviding leadership, coaching and direction to maintenance staffLead continuous improvement efforts using lean manufacturing principles.Source parts from vendors and to substitute OEM parts with more economical optionsupdate older equipmentElectrical skills to include 480Volt experienceProvide input for capital projects including identifying scope, cost, and milestones.Qualifications5 years manufacturing maintenance experienceForklift/overhead lift certifications preferredMechanical/Electrical troubleshooting experienceAbility to solve mechanical/electrical problemsStrong organizational skillsability to manage multiple competing prioritiesDemonstrated experience in issue identification and resolution skillsStrong leadership coaching and mentoring skillsBenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits plan to include immediate access to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
