Technical Project Manager

Overview In this role you will lead planning, execution, and delivery of lending platform features for the Wealth – Securities-Backed Lending initiative. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business and regulatory rules into actionable technical specs. You will facilitate Agile processes and manage dependencies to keep delivery on track while aligning technical and business goals. The role offers impact through modern software architecture, cloud platforms, and secure, compliant lending operations. ResponsibilitiesLead planning, execution, and delivery of lending platform features, including APIs and automated underwriting workflowsProvide day-to-day technical delivery support across architecture, development, systems analysis, business analysis, and product managementCoordinate with stakeholders across Wealth Lending, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and AuditCoordinate with engineers, product managers, cybersecurity, infra, and delivery compliance teams throughout the SDLCTranslate complex business rules and regulatory requirements into actionable technical specsExplain technical concepts and trade-offs to diverse audiencesIdentify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, develop mitigation plans for risksFacilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Partner with Product Manager/Owner to maintain backlogs and delivery metricsSupport end-to-end delivery ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholdersEmphasize strong Test Lead/Test Manager capabilities as part of the role Key requirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field10+ years of Technical Project Management experience in FinTech/Banking/Financial ServicesStrong experience with LOS or lending platformsSolid understanding of modern software architecture, AWS/Azure, microservices, CI/CD, and API integrationsFamiliarity with financial regulations, lending operations, data security, and risk managementHands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)Experience using Rally, Jira, or Azure DevOpsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authorityStrong Test Lead/Test Manager background is highly important for the roleExceptional written and verbal communicationInfluence and coordination across cross-functional teamsAbility to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiencesLoan Origination Systems (LOS) or lending platformsModern software architectureAWS and/or Azure cloud platforms
