Today, the company has operations in over 50 countries with a global workforce of over 32,000 talented individuals .Job SummaryThis role translates local tax legislations into hard figures and required a multi-disciplinary approach and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate tax reporting ang paymentsJob DescriptionTax ReportingPreparing data collection for tax reporting purposesPerform accurate preparation and timely submission of tax reporting, applying globally standardized processesCoordination of external providers assisting with tax reporting, including but not limited to return submission and applying tax certificatesEnsure tax is paid on time, considering internal controlsAdequately follow up on pending tax refundsTax AccountingPrepare account reconciliations for tax accountsCalculate and coordinate tax provisions and return to provisions in collaboration with the General Accounting team and ControllershipCoordinate correct tax journal entries with the General Accounting teamCooperate with internal stakeholders to complete the monthly and year-end closingAudit SupportPrepare data requests to support in (external) audit requests in collaboration with Specialist Tax Operations and/or Global TaxKeep internal tax files up to date with correct and accurate document storage (audit readiness)Transfer Pricing SupportPrepare data requests to comply with transfer pricing requirements in collaboration with Specialist Tax Operations and/or Global TaxOperational ExcellenceExecute effective end-to-end tax processes in collaboration with the other internal stakeholders, such as accounts payable, accoount receivable, procuremetn, and supply chainAssure and report quality of outputs (completeness, accuracy, timeliness, consistency)Identify and support resolution of operational issuesSkills Required5-10 years' experience in tax reporting and/or (tax) accountingSAP knowledge is considered a big plusExperience in an international environment is considered a plusExcellence written & oral communication skillsCommitted, hardworking, and able to work independentlyStrong analytical skillsTeam playerPossess flexibility, integrity, and honesty; leads by example"Can-do" mentalityEducation/Training/CertificationsBachelor's degree in tax, accounting, finance or economicsAdditional RequirementsTax certificates/education is considered a abig plusMust be able to pass drug screen & criminal background checkPay Rate/Salary$50.00 - $65.00/hr.
