We are seeking an Associate Branch Manager for our Commercial Landscape Maintenance Team. The overall responsibility of this position is to lead a dynamic team, ensuring the successful execution of maintenance contracts, landscape projects, and client satisfaction. This multifaceted position requires a blend of managerial expertise, industry knowledge and strong leadership skills. Qualifications Requirements:5+ years of landscaping or service industry experience required. 3+ years of managing multi-million-dollar operations required. Valid US driver's license (or equivalent) and meet Motor Vehicle Record verification requirements. Experience with business accounting and profit loss statements required. Demonstrated skills in project and time management, team motivation and Possess or obtain CPCO (Certified Pet Control Operator) license within 9 months of employment. BMP (Best Management Practices) certification within 30 days of employment. Bachelor's degree in horticulture/other related field or business management preferred.
