The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and BPMN-based workflow orchestration, with experience integrating enterprise applications and building scalable microservices.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain business workflows using Camunda BPM/Camunda 8.Develop scalable Java applications using Java 11/17, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.Model business processes using BPMN 2.0 and implement business rules using DMN.Integrate Camunda workflows with REST APIs, messaging systems, and enterprise applications.Develop and maintain RESTful web services for workflow orchestration.Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and product owners to understand business requirements.Optimize workflow performance and troubleshoot production issues.Write unit, integration, and automation tests to ensure high-quality code.Participate in code reviews and follow secure coding and DevOps best practices.Support CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience in Java application development.5+ years of hands-on experience with Camunda BPM or Camunda 8.Strong knowledge of:Java (11/17)Spring BootSpring MVCSpring Data JPAHibernateExperience with BPMN 2.0 and DMN.Experience developing RESTful APIs.Strong understanding of Microservices architecture.Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.Familiarity with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Equal Opportunity Statement:Syncredible Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
