Job Description Job Title: Concrete Repair Laborer- Based in Denver but Must be able to travelPay: $22-27Location: Denver, CO but will be traveling to Aspen, Vail, and TEXASJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated Construction Technicians to join our team immediately for both local and traveling projects. Our focus is on structural and repair work for commercial construction projects.ResponsibilitiesPerform concrete repair, demolition, and finishing.Execute waterproofing tasks.Engage in formwork and carpentry activities.Replace rebar and conduct caulking.Install expansion joints and apply coatings.Carry out carbon fiber installations.Essential SkillsExperience in construction, particularly concrete and formwork.Proficiency in concrete pours, rebar work, and demolition.Skilled in carpentry, framing, and jackhammer operations.Ability to apply epoxy and coatings.Concrete finishing and landscaping experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications1+ year of commercial construction experience is preferred.Experience in farm work, landscaping, or other exterior labor environments is acceptable.Familiarity with large construction sites and site safety is advantageous.Why Work Here?This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn a trade and grow with a company that provides excellent overtime, engaging work, and good benefits.Work EnvironmentCandidates must be willing to travel after local work is completed, including trips throughout Colorado and out-of-state locations like Houston, Dallas, and Galveston. Travel periods can last up to three weeks at a time, with per diem and lodging provided for distances over 70 miles from the shop. Current project locations include Aspen, Telluride, Cortez, Crested Butte, Vail, and Denver.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
