Because why not do it all?Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWHAT TO EXPECTAs an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Ideally located within 8 hours of Moline IL, you will have the responsibility to develop, secure, manage and grow market share of products/product lines at key OEM customers.You'll be working with Global Product Line Management, Engineering, Finance, Pricing and Operations to support testing, sampling, and product commercialization.This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be setting strategies for sales growth to ensure projects are successfully managed yielding satisfied customers and high returns for the organization!Your objective is to be intimately aware of customer strategic goals, product lifecyclesand initiatives within the North American and global marketplace.Your fit in the organization will be as regional account lead and part of global team!Key responsibilities (to name a few):Overseeing, growing, and managing sales & profitability expectations.Managing multimillion dollar account assignment. Responsible for total business relationship and overall satisfaction at assigned customer base.Developing strong relationships and contacts at assigned accounts.Conducting and providing industry segment forecast and trend data to marketing team as required. Comprehensive and collaborative business planning and CRM use.Entering and maintaining opportunities in a sales cloud funnelLeading products and services strategies based on changing market conditions.Interacting regularly with internal resources to develop customer solutions and insight.Requirements and Preferred SkillsABOUT YOU8+ years of sales experience selling and negotiating directly with major OE manufacturersBachelor's degree in business management or engineering preferredPowertrain, Power Transmission, or Fluid Power background preferredStrong selling, marketing, and negotiating skills with large Agriculture, Construction, and Industrial OEM customersHigh degree of managerial, leadership and communication skillsStrong business management capabilitiesA thorough understanding of market pricing pressures and industry demandsBusiness strategy development and implementation capabilities requiredComprehensive knowledge of products and marketsKnowledge of factors affecting profits and ROIDemonstrated forecasting and planning skillsProject Management aptitudeProduct commercialization for both process and developmentAbility to coordinate activities of other team members as needed and manage all aspects of customer programs/systemsStrong verbal and written communication skills to represent OEM challenges to the organization for continuous improvementAbility to contribute to the development of sales budgets and forecastsAbility to provide uncompromised customer serviceMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorshipAbility to travel internationally if required#LI-LP1PAY & BENEFITSFull-TimeBase Salary + SIP EligibleRelocation is not providedMedical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits beginonthe first day of the month immediately following your date of hireEligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
