Position Highlights: Seeking board certified, board eligible emergency medicine physician with ASC Level 2 trauma experience Experience with all patient populations: pediatrics, behavioral health, adult Emergency Medicine group is a new employed group covering a 36 room, high acuity emergency department Averaging 52,000 visits and 3,500 trauma cases per year Clinic specialties interacting with emergency medicine include general surgery, orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, critical care, hospital medicine, amongst others. A joint operating committee between emergency medicine leadership and hospital administration allows for alignment of goals, policy and procedure as well as necessary resources Compensation & Benefits: Full-time physician working 1,620 hours per year; typically a blend of shift lengths between 8 to 10 hours scheduled in blocks to optimize work life balance Base salary with additional incentives and benefits Extra shift pay and night shift differential included Productivity incentive included Incentive compensation plan based on quality and engagement metrics Robust benefit package Malpractice coverage provided All providers are required to maintain board certification Area Highlights:
