We’re growing fast and looking for skilled print professionals who are passionate about quality, precision, and craftsmanship.Job Summary:The Digital Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Canon, Zeikon, and Komori digital presses to produce vibrant, high-quality printed materials that meet exacting customer specifications. This role requires technical precision, color accuracy, and a passion for digital print innovation. The operator monitors print quality, registration, and consistency throughout each job, making adjustments to achieve flawless results. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where craftsmanship meets technology, join our team and bring ideas to life — one print at a time.What You’ll Do:Operate high-quality digital printing presses to meet customer specificationsMonitor print runs to ensure consistent color, registration, and image qualityInterpret layouts, check paper stock, and assist in overall press setup (sheet size, coating, blankets, etc.)Refill and adjust paper trays to maintain efficient production flowLoad substrates onto the press and accurately record production dataPerform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning on press equipmentTroubleshoot and adjust as needed to ensure top-quality outputConduct quality checks throughout each run and present finished samples for approvalWhat You Bring:Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of press operationAnalytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detailGood knowledge of color and excellent visual acuityBasic computer and math skillsAbility to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlinesTeam-player attitude and a commitment to maintaining high quality standardsEducation & Experience:High School diploma or equivalent1–4 months of experience operating digital press machinesPhysical Requirements:Standing 50% | Lifting up to 35-75 lbs. lbs. repeatedly | Carrying 25-50 lbs. | Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials.The Details:Job Type: Full-TimeShift Available & Schedule: 1st shift (8:00 am – 4:00 pm)Excellent Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Telehealth Services, Free Life Insurance, Additional Life Insurance Contributions, Free Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) with company match, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Holiday), Shift Differentials, Paid Weekly, Growth Opportunities, Referral Bonus.Allied Printing Services is an equal opportunity employer.
