You will create high-quality signage, graphics, display materials by operating large format print and finishing equipment. This role focuses on precision, efficiency, and quality to ensure every project is finished, inspected, and ready for delivery.What You’ll Do:Support sign making, and sign production, including finishing graphics for display, signage, and branded materialsRecord time and materials accurately in the shop floor data systemCNC cutting and trimming of large format graphics and signage components using Kongsberg cutting tablesLaminate, cut, trim, and package printed materials according to job specificationsSeam, sew and grommet vinyl banners to conform to production specificationsInspect finished prints for defects, color accuracy, and clarity, making adjustments as neededWork with a variety of substrates including rigid materials, vinyl, and specialty mediaManage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentTroubleshoot technical or mechanical issues to minimize downtimeMaintain a neat, clean, and organized work area to promote efficiency and safetyMinimize waste and maximize output through efficient press setup and material useCommunicate production-related issues clearly to supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflowWhat You Bring:Production experience in a large format printing and finishing environment (sewing, cutting, laminating, trimming, packing)Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read, interpret, and follow detailed job tickets and production instructionsKeen attention to detail with a commitment to quality and color accuracyBasic computer proficiency and ability to record production data accuratelyExcellent time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple prioritiesTeam-oriented mindset and clear communication skillsDesire to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative production environmentEducation & Experience:High School diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience operating large format printers or related digital printing equipment preferredAbility to read a rulerPhysical Requirements:Standing 100% of the shift | Lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly | Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials.The Details:Job Type: Full-TimeShift Available & Schedule: 1st shift (8:00 am – 4:00 pm), 2nd shift (4:00 pm - 12:00), 3rd shift (12:00-8:00am) Excellent Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Telehealth Services, Free Life Insurance, Additional Life Insurance Contributions, Free Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) with company match, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Holiday), Shift Differentials, Paid Weekly, Growth Opportunities, Referral Bonus.Allied Printing Services is an equal opportunity employer.
