Automotive Sales Consultant
We are looking for a talented sales consultant to identify customers' needs and assist them in the purchase of their new vehicle. Our ideal candidate should be able to use our CRM system (VinSolutions) to view and respond to new leads, and possess a strong understanding of major social media platforms. Selling, communication, and negotiation skills are also a plus. You will have an inventory of 100 to 150 vehicles at your disposal. Previous automotive sales experience is NOT required.
Compensation is a weekly draw covered by a monthly commission. You dictate your income. We give you the tools, workspace, inventory, and advertising, and you turn that into a career. You will be supported by a sales manager to help with training, day-to-day, and inventory acquisition.
Responsibilities
Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, warranty policies)
Perform cost-benefit and needs-analysis of customers to find the right vehicle
Present, promote, and sell vehicles, as well as Jeff's Motorcars as a company (sales, service, warranties, finance, trucking, and detail)
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through social media, follow up, and lot drive-through traffic.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
