Immigration Attorney

Job Description :The Supervising Immigration Attorney will provide oversight and guidance to a nonprofit organization operating a Department of Justice (DOJ) Recognition & Accreditation (R&A) program. This role is limited in scope and does not require full-time involvement.Key Responsibilities:Provide general supervision of immigration legal services conducted by the organizationReview cases periodically to ensure compliance with applicable immigration laws and regulationsOffer guidance on complex or sensitive immigration matters when neededEnsure adherence to DOJ Recognition & Accreditation requirements and ethical standardsBe available for consultation on an as-needed basisSupport the organization in maintaining compliance with federal immigration regulationsWork Structure:Part-time / advisory roleRemote supervision (no physical presence required)Flexible schedule based on mutual agreementThis position is ideal for an attorney seeking a low-commitment, supplemental professional role with a nonprofit organization.
