Community Association Paralegal

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Community Association Paralegal to join our fast-paced, team-oriented department. The ideal Community Association Paralegal has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Responsibilities include preparing demand letters and meeting notice packages, drafting amendments and board resolutions, managing MRTA logs, recording documents via Simplifile, and reviewing condominium and HOA governing documents for accuracy. To succeed as a Community Association Paralegal, candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and demonstrate strong organizational skills. An associate degree in Paralegal Studies is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
