Medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan with employer participation Paid time off and paid holidays Continuing legal education support Professional development and training opportunities Significant percentage of settlements with strong upside depending on case flow Job Details We are seeking a Plaintiff Insurance Litigation Attorney to join our team and help manage a growing portfolio of property and construction-related insurance cases.Responsibilities: Handle plaintiff-side insurance litigation, including case evaluation, drafting, discovery, negotiations, and settlement work Manage a varied docket involving construction issues, property damage, and general civil matters Work closely with leadership in a fast-moving litigation environment with significant training available Take ownership of files from intake to resolution with no travel and no billable hour requirements Qualifications: Two years of construction litigation, insurance litigation, or general civil litigation experience Strong writing, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple active cases efficiently in a plaintiff-side environment Desire to grow within a litigation practice focused on property and insurance matters Interested in hearing more?
