Sales Manager

I’m recruiting for a senior-level Sales / Account LeaderThe ideal candidate brings experience working with defense system companies, aerospace engineering organizations, or military procurement programs, and understands how to align technical solutions with customer. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s new customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market (defense system companies, aerospace engineering organizations, or military procurement programs)Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsPresent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management teamIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status and expand new products marketsFinish other tasks assigned by the upper managementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered5+ years of sales or business development experience, with demonstrated success in aerospace, defense, or military procurement environmentsPrior experience working with defense system companies, aerospace manufacturers, or government/military customers strongly preferredEngineering background or technical sales experience within aerospace or defense industries highly valuedProven ability to develop new customer relationships while maintaining and growing existing accountsDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical, operational, and executive-level stakeholdersStrong leadership, organizational, and analytical skillsResults-driven with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; ERP or Salesforce experience is a plusWorking knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments is a plus TravelDomestic traveling ~30%
