California Senior Finance Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic finance partner to the California market leadership team, supporting business planning and operational reviews Lead financial analysis on revenue, expenses, and margin drivers, including variance explanations and ROI assessments Oversee revenue capture, reimbursement accuracy, and denial rate monitoring to ensure financial integrity Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred 6-10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or Medicaid-based organizations Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and denial management Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a healthcare environment Skilled in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with ERP or BI tools is highly desirable
