VP of Finance

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly motivated VP of Finance for a fast-growing private equity-backed manufacturing business focused on natural inputs that are used in chemical-free consumer products across cooking oils, beauty creams, and topicals.This is an opportunity for an emerging finance leader who wants more than a traditional accounting role. The ideal candidate will lead finance and accounting operations while also wearing multiple hats to help support growth across the business.Responsibilities include managing monthly closes, forecasting, budgeting, banking relationships, cash flow management, and helping build scalable processes for a rapidly growing company.Ideal candidates will have:- Strong accounting/bookkeeping and finance experience- Experience in a small but growing manufacturing or consumer products business- A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality- Strategic thinking skills combined with operational execution- High energy, work ethic, and desire to grow within a PE-backed environmentThis role offers significant visibility with ownership and leadership, along with long-term growth potential across both the company and broader private equity portfolio.Please reach out directly if interested or if you know someone who may be a fit.
