Staff Software Engineer, Observability

Overview In this Staff Software Engineer role, you will lead observability-focused initiatives that improve developer productivity and platform reliability at Temporal. You’ll own end-to-end software delivery—from design to deployment and maintenance—while shaping multi-component distributed systems at scale. You’ll collaborate across teams to align features with user needs and Temporal’s mission, delivering impactful observability tooling for internal developers and external customers.
