Overview In this role you will leverage many years of enterprise IT experience to optimize and tune large-scale Java-based applications. You will work within a cross-functional IT team to identify performance bottlenecks, tune WebSphere configurations, and enhance SOA/SOAP services while profiling and resolving code/configuration issues. The position emphasizes hands-on analysis, collaboration with business and ITS stakeholders, and delivering scalable performance improvements. This is a senior technical role that shapes how enterprise applications meet performance and reliability goals.
