Branch Manager / Structural Engineer - Medford, Oregon PSE Consulting Engineers, Inc. is seeking to hire a Branch Manager / Structural Engineer for our Medford, Oregon office. The Branch Manager will be responsible for all operations of an independent office with team support from the home office as needed. Of course structural engineering, calculations, detailing, and client interaction are an emphasis of this position, but overall operations of this office will be paramount. This includes, but is not limited to: Layout of structural systems for vertical and lateral loads Marketing Client related management Budgeting and cost control Common practicality, good sense, and hard work could propel this manager into unlimited possibilities. This includes, but is not limited to: Calculate structural loads according to the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code, UBC and other Codes Analyze structures using various structural engineering software Prepare structural calculations and details of structural elements for various materials Field inspection and consultation with client at the direction of the manager Project administration duties and general duties as assigned by the manager Light duty AutoCAD.
