Pharmacovigilance Associate (Drug Safety)
📢 Hiring: Pharmacovigilance Associate (Remote)We are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Associate to join a dynamic healthcare team. This is a contract opportunity with potential for extension or full-time conversion based on performance.📍 Location: Remote (Cary, NC)🏢 Onboarding/Training: 1 week hybrid/on-site training required in Cary, NC🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday (EST hours)📅 Duration: 6 months (extendable)🔹 Key Responsibilities:Prepare and submit adverse event (AE) and product complaint (PC) reports from patient management systemsPerform quality checks (QC) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance (spelling, drug info, manufacturer details, etc.)Collaborate with clinicians to resolve data discrepancies and reporting issuesIdentify and track missing AE/PC reports and ensure proper documentationMaintain and submit weekly/monthly reconciliation reportsSupport audits and help identify reporting trends or gapsAssist with additional pharmacovigilance activities as needed🔹 Required Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in MS Excel and general computer skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teamsFast and accurate typing skills (numeric and text data)Adaptable and flexible mindset🔹 Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience in a pharmacy or healthcare settingOncology experience is a plusPharmacy technician or clinical background preferred
