Create and submit adverse event (AE) and product complaint reportsPerform quality checks for accuracy (spelling, drug info, manufacturer details, etc.)Communicate with clinicians to resolve discrepanciesTrack and report missing AE/PC submissionsPrepare weekly/monthly reconciliation reportsSupport audits and identify reporting trends/issuesRequired Skills:Strong written and verbal communicationExcellent attention to detailGood organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Excel and computer applicationsAbility to multitask and work collaborativelyFast and accurate typing skillsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencePharmacy or clinical background (Pharmacy Technician preferred)Experience in oncology or healthcare environments
