What We’re Looking For * Strong work ethic and the ability to hustle through long days * Dependable team player who works well with others * Positive attitude in a high-pressure, results-driven environment * Willingness to listen, learn, and continually improve * Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve complex foundation work * Physically capable of lifting 100+ lbs. * Comfortable working in all types of weather conditions * Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure Scope of Work Our concrete division handles a wide variety of work, including: * Footings * Walls * Piers * Decorative concrete * Stamped concrete * Complex and custom foundation work What We Offer * Competitive pay: $30–$38/hour DOE * Unlimited overtime — never capped * Full-time, year-round employment * Monday–Friday schedule with rare weekend work * Paid travel time both directions — meet at our shop in Belgrade and ride with the team * 100% company-paid health insurance for the entire family * 100% company-paid dental and vision insurance for the entire family * Paid time off * 401(k) with company contribution whether you contribute or not All Work Is In-House — No Subcontracting We believe in keeping the work in-house and taking pride in what we build.
