If you have a strong work ethic and want the opportunity to build a long-term career in construction, we'd like to hear from you. *Position Summary* As a Laborer, you will work alongside our experienced construction crews on custom residential projects, helping with a variety of tasks to keep jobsites safe, organized, and moving efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get started in the construction industry. We are willing to train the right person who shows up, works hard, and is eager to learn. This position requires *driving to and working in Big Sky, Montana*. Company complex is located in Belgrade, MT. *Responsibilities* * Assist carpenters and other construction crews with daily jobsite tasks. * Load, unload, move, and organize materials and tools. * Keep jobsites clean, safe, and organized. * Assist with demolition, material preparation, cleanup, and general construction tasks. * Learn and assist with various phases of residential construction. * Follow directions from foremen, supervisors, and project managers. * Operate basic hand tools and learn to use additional tools and equipment as skills develop. * Work safely and follow all company safety policies and procedures. * Work as part of a team to keep projects moving efficiently. * Take initiative and look for ways to help the crew and improve the jobsite. * Perform other duties as needed to support the construction team. *Qualifications* * Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. * Willingness to learn new skills and take direction. * Positive attitude and ability to work well with others. * Must not be afraid to get dirty or work in challenging conditions. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. * Ability to lift, carry, climb, bend, kneel, and perform physical construction work. * Ability and willingness to drive yourself to work in Big Sky, Montana is required. *Schedule* * Expected schedule: Full-time * Unlimited overtime available for those who want additional earning opportunities. *Why Join Our Team?* We believe in investing in our employees and providing opportunities for long-term success.
