Job Details:Client Intake & Office CoordinatorA growing law firm is seeking a polished and organized professional to support front desk operations, client intake, and day-to-day office administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for both clients and internal teams.Responsibilities:Manage front desk operations, phones, visitors, and office supportHandle client intake calls and online submissionsSchedule meetings, conference rooms, and maintain calendarsAssist with legal agreements, document prep, filing, and depositsSupport attorneys and staff with administrative and trial prep tasksMaintain office organization, supplies, and CRM updatesQualifications:Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred1+ year of Microsoft Office experienceStrong communication and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and professional demeanorSalary: $50K–$60K + benefitsAll inquiries are 100% confidential.
