You will receive regular coaching and become a transformative leader within the organization as we grow and expand our impact.To help us achieve our vision, we are searching for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of data management and strategic leadership experience. An MBA or graduate degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. Ideal candidates will have a creative and solutions-oriented mindset, experience designing systems and infrastructure, and a foundational belief that every child deserves a world-class education.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Establish and develop systems that support data-driven decision-making across all aspects of the organizationDevelop and maintain performance monitoring dashboards to drive consistent growth in professional practice, student achievement, and impactExecute processes that foster a transparent and communicative culture across the organizationDevelop systems and structures to ensure all data is accurate and complete across systems; manage annual and ongoing data reportingManage assessments, including logistics, testing security, training and supportStrategically manage priorities, communicating regularly and effectively with stakeholders, and demonstrating a high level of ownership and accountabilityContribute to a school environment that is joyful, engaging, and rigorous, and in which students love learningModel Bold's core values and building a positive student and team culture across our schoolsDemonstrate a mission-first mindset to ensure all decisions and actions are rooted in ensuring that all students excelSuccessful candidates should:Have technical expertise, including a background in data technologies and analyticsDemonstrate a strong ability to develop clear and impactful communications for presentation to stakeholders across the organizationHold exceptionally high personal standards for performance and possess an excellence reflex that constantly raises the barBe a person of high moral character with well-developed emotional intelligenceDemonstrate an ability to multitask effectively and prioritize strategically, with exceptional follow-through skillsHave a keen eye for detail and proven experience developing systems and evaluating progressDemonstrate a strong commitment to and alignment with the mission, beliefs, and values of Bold, and to going above and beyond the requirements of the jobHave the ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment where responsibility for student success is shared and owned by everyoneHold a commitment to solutions-based problem solving and previous experience of suchHold a Bachelor's degree with an outstanding record of achievement and leadership; MBA or graduate degree in a related field preferredStart DateThe start date for this position is flexible.CompensationBold Charter School offers highly competitive compensation, in the top 3% of comparable positions across New York City charter schools. The salary range for this position is $110,000-$125,000 annually and includes a full benefits package.
