Reporting to the Senior Director of Data and AI, this role involves building and deploying AI and agentic solutions (Google Gemini, Claude), designing data pipelines, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Agentic Solutions (80%): Build and deploy agentic solutions using Google Gemini and Claude, ranging from low-code workflows to multi-agent systems with Agent Development Kit (ADK). Partner with teams to identify use cases, manage the full solution lifecycle (mapping to user enablement), and ensure reliability and accuracy.Data Warehouse & Pipeline Management (10%): Maintain the BigQuery data warehouse, design and manage ETL pipelines integrating sources like Omeda, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and third-party services (Reach Marketing, Discovery, Bombora). Manage scheduled queries and support audience/lead enrichment.Data Quality & Reporting (10%): Troubleshoot tracking issues across Google Analytics, Omeda, Piano, and Salesforce. Build monitoring dashboards to surface issues and maintain client-facing dashboards in Data Studio.Key Performance IndicatorsData Quality: Consistent accuracy across reporting with reduced tracking errors.Self-Service Access: Timely, reliable dashboard access for internal teams.Agentic Impact: Measurable cost/time savings and documented ROI for deployed agents.RequiredSkills and Qualifications1+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or AI/ML engineering.Proficiency in SQL and Python.Hands-on experience building agentic solutions (prompt engineering, tool/function calling) using platforms like Google Gemini or Claude.Experience designing ETL pipelines and integrating multiple data sources.Strong knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem, specifically BigQuery.Dashboarding experience with Data Studio (or comparable BI tools).Experience with Agent Development Kit (ADK) or multi-agent orchestration frameworks.Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.PreferredFamiliarity with Matillion or similar ETL/ELT tooling.Experience with marketing/audience platforms (Omeda, Salesforce, Piano).Prior experience in media, publishing, or B2B information services.Experience designing data models and warehouse schemas from scratch.Tools & SystemsBigQuery, Data Studio, Google Gemini, Claude, Python, SQL, Matillion, Omeda, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Piano, Google Workspace.Location & ScheduleLocation: New York, NY RemoteReporting To: Senior Director of Data and AICross-Functional Collaboration: Sales, Marketing, Demand Gen, Editorial, Finance, Product, OLT.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverageDisability and life insurancePaid vacation, sick, personal, and mental health daysParental leave and holiday pay401(k) programPretax transportation benefitsFitness reimbursementCompensationSalary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 per yearSalary based on experience, skills, knowledge, and location.
