Director of Operations-Civil Construction

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues).  ResponsibilitiesMeasure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)Determine company's strategic growth as part of the executive teamCoordinate cross-functional initiatives and projectsQualificationsMust have 5-10 years experience in the field doing all aspects of Civil Construction(Earthwork, Pipe and Concrete)Must have 5-10 years managing multiple disciplines within the construction industry.Experience in project management at Superintendent or Senior Project Manager levelMust have experience managing a business that was doing 20-30 million or more in annual revenue.Fluency in computer/software and specialized applications for the construction industryTravel requirements are 50-75% within the following states: Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.
