Pipe Welding Monday - Thursday 7:00am to 5:00pm (4 10's each week)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced pipe welder who also has experience with structural welding. This position will have the welders on site at an industrial facility, tig welding on stainless and carbon steel pipe, as well as structural steel and components. This position is contract to hire, can start this week, and will be working 4 10's each week as of right now. When overtime is worked, will be paid time and a half, as well as being paid weekly.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the successful installation of carbon, stainless, screw, PVC, copper, and cast iron pipes, including Victaulic systems.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities.Communicate effectively with general contractors to ensure project alignment.Essential SkillsExpertise in construction, pipe fitting, and pipe welding.Proficiency in installation and mechanical piping.Ability to read blueprints and manage a diverse crew.Experience with HVAC, industrial plumbing, and soldering techniques.Job Type & LocationThis is a contract position based out of Wellford, SC.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
