Hardware Program Manager

Job DescriptionThe Program Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Program Management and will be responsible for leading the new product development cycle for multiple hardware and software products within ADI. The ideal candidate must possess a rare blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision while being able to remain tactical, a drive to make that vision a reality and the ability to influence team members cross functionally. This individual must also possess a customer first mindset with a bias for action. A successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results.JOB DUTIES:Work with Engineering (Hardware and Software), UI/UX, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Partner vendors to create / manage detailed and comprehensive product development plansEstablish comprehensive schedules with all dependencies, clearing identifying the dynamic critical path as efforts progress across the full development lifecycleMaintain, track, and update program risks, upcoming milestones, and team priorities while ensuring cross functional alignment and agreementCoordinate and facilitate cross functional solutions to mitigate risks, keeping development commitments on trackSynthesize issues in an actionable form to leadershipIdentify project constraints, their impact, and develop mitigation plansPlan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyYOU MUST HAVE:2+ years' experience managing complex development projects through the full product development lifecycleExperience working with JDMs and international suppliersAbility to translate complex technical issues to a non-technical audienceStrong planning and analytic problem-solving skillsStrong sense of ownership with a bias toward delivering resultsWE VALUE:Experience with Hybrid Product Development (Agile and Waterfall)Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project WebExperience working with Surveillance and Intrusion products#LI-MH2#LI-HYBRIDAbout UsResideo Technologies has announced its intention to spin off ADI Global Distribution and establish it as a separate, publicly traded company.
