You will build and ship features used by real customers from day one. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.Role OverviewAs a Software Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain product features end to end, working closely with product and design to turn requirements into reliable, well-tested code.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct DevelopmentBuild and ship features across the stack, from design through to productionWrite clean, well-tested code and review peers' pull requestsBreak down requirements into shippable increments and estimate work realisticallyQuality & CollaborationDebug and resolve production issues, tracing root causes rather than symptomsCollaborate closely with product, design, and QA through the feature lifecycleKeep documentation, tests, and CI pipelines current for the code you ownIdeal Candidate Profile2 to 5 years building production software in a modern language (e.g. Python, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript)Solid computer-science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and system design basicsComfort working with relational or NoSQL databases and REST/GraphQL APIsClear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setupPreferred QualificationsExposure to a public cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerised deploymentsContributions to open-source projects or a strong personal GitHub historyA degree in computer science, engineering, or a related fieldWhat We OfferA software engineer seat at a VC-backed SaaS company's founding India teamRemote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placementOwnership of real product surface area from your first sprintOne application considered for this and future matched rolesHiring ProcessHR Screening → Technical Assessment → Technical Round 1 → Technical Round 2 → Culture Fit
