Established Full-Service Lehigh Valley Law Firm Seeking Litigation Attorney A well-established full-service firm with over 50 years serving the Lehigh Valley and Pennsylvania is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team. This Attorney would have 2+ years of experience handling general civil litigation matters including insurance defense, personal injury, and commercial disputes. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload across both public and private sector clients while benefiting from a collaborative, community-rooted legal environment. Offer: $90,000 - $130,000+ base salary, contingent on experience Performance-based bonus structure Health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer contributions Hybrid remote flexibility Reasonable billable-hour requirement Qualifications: 2+ years of litigation experience, including insurance defense, personal injury, or general civil matters Strong litigation skills, including depositions, discovery, and motion practice Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of civil litigation matters across insurance defense and private sector disputes Conducting depositions, legal research, and drafting motions and pleadings Representing clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations Developing case strategies and advising clients throughout the litigation lifecycle Collaborating with partners and senior attorneys across practice groups on complex matters Benefits For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
