A leading IT services firm in Houston seeks a Senior VoIP Engineer to oversee the enterprise voice network. This role requires 7+ years of VoIP and TDM network design and troubleshooting experience, plus proficiency with Cisco products such as Unified Communications Manager. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction for installations, maintain technical documentation, and ensure uninterrupted service. Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols and network policies is essential. A Cisco CCVP certification is required.
