Job Title: IT RecruiterLocation: Princeton, NJ (On-site)Type: Full-Time Direct Hire W2Experience: 0–5 yearsJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team in Princeton, NJ. This role is open to fresh graduates (trainees) as well as candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in talent acquisition, particularly within IT roles, and be comfortable working from the office.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across various technologiesSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networkingScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessmentsCoordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managersSupport campus hiring initiatives, including planning and participating in college recruitment drivesBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needsMaintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field0–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (IT recruitment preferred)Strong interest in IT hiring and understanding of technical rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentMust be willing to work from the Princeton, NJ officePreferred Skills:Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, etc.Basic understanding of IT technologies (e.g., SAP, Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, QA, etc.)Experience or exposure to campus hiring or university relationsStrong organizational and time management skillsProactive, self-motivated, and eager to learnWhat We Offer:Opportunity to grow in IT recruitment and talent acquisitionExposure to campus hiring and early career talent programsSupportive team environment with training and mentorship
