You step in with purpose.Here's what it takes to succeed with us.1+ years of office admin experienceCurrently enrolled in an accredited college or university (required)Preferred fields: Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Management, or related disciplineStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office and digital file systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of HR processes preferredKey ResponsibilitiesPersonnel Records ManagementOrganize, maintain, and update employee personnel files in compliance with HR policies and legal requirementsCreate, rename, and update physical and digital employee records for accuracy and completenessPrepare files for archiving and remove outdated or unnecessary documentationMaintain structured file systems on shared drives and HR information systemsTrack employee data including attendance, personal details, and performance documentationHR Administrative SupportAssist with updating HR databases and employee information systemsSupport onboarding by ensuring required forms and documents are completed and properly filedHelp collect and organize payroll-related documentation (hours, leave forms, banking details)Respond to basic HR inquiries and route employees to appropriate resourcesCompliance & Data IntegrityEnsure personnel records meet confidentiality, retention, and labor law requirementsSupport improvements in HR data organization and file management processesWhy This Role?Because you deserve more than just another job.
