Join our Center of Excellence team where you'll be at the forefront of building and evolving centralized test automation frameworks that power teams across the organization. What You'll Do: Spend 70-75% of your time designing and developing automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, and API testing - less time in meetings, more time building impactful solutions. Work with cutting-edge technologies like Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Java, JavaScript, and REST-assured/ Karate to craft robust and scalable automation solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement frameworks, then hand them off to dedicated automation teams to run the testing - your focus remains on building and evolving the core tools. Develop frameworks that support modern architectures including AngularJS, React, React Native, and Micro Frontends/Microservices. Drive excellence by applying TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) principles to your work. Own continuous enhancement of frameworks - we want innovators who don't just build but improve and evolve. What We're Looking For: 6+ years of experience designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch. A strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in automation across mobile, web, and APIs. Comfort working across cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, and delivering adaptable solutions. Expertise in framework implementation and scalability, not just test execution.
