Talent Acquisition Architect
A SuccessFactors Talent Architect is responsible for evaluating and shaping the organization's HR technology roadmap across core and talent modules, ensuring alignment with long-term business and workforce strategies. The role assesses the impact of key design decisions-such as platform configuration, integration patterns, and data architecture-on scalability, user experience, and reporting outcomes. Informed by external market trends, vendor roadmaps, and emerging technologies, the architect provides strategic guidance on how different scenarios (e.g., platform consolidation, best-of-breed adoption, or AI enablement) influence future state capabilities. This position partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex technology choices into actionable roadmaps that drive measurable value and reduce long-term risk.
