Technology Development Process Integrator Engineer

Overview As a Process Integrator in onsemi's Technology Development group, you will drive continuous improvement across new processes, pixel architectures, and yield improvements for image sensor technologies. You will support new product introduction and ramp-to-volume manufacturing while collaborating with a global matrixed team. You’ll apply semiconductor know-how to optimize device performance and manufacturing readiness, shaping advanced image sensor solutions. This role offers exposure to cross-functional programs and direct impact on product quality and cost efficiency. ResponsibilitiesSupport new product development from development phase through manufacturing with full documentation for process change reviewCollaborate within a global matrixed team to drive projects and achieve results independentlyCommunicate effectively across all organizational levels, including executive staffPlan and execute high-level objectives in detailed execution plansApply probe, inline test, and failure analysis data to champion process changesLeverage knowledge of image sensor technology, pixel architecture, and device performance to drive improvementsContribute to BEOL Cu integration, Hybrid Bond, optical film stack deposition, and Back Side Illumination (BSI) integrationUtilize yield analysis tools and methods to support cost reduction through yield enhancement and process simplification Key requirementsBS in Engineering or Materials Science2-4+ years in semiconductor manufacturing integration and technology developmentFamiliar with 5S, 8D, 6-sigma, SPC, DOE, FMEAFluent in English (written and verbal)strong communication across levelsteam player with good listening skillsability to work independentlyImage Sensor technology and pixel architecturedevice performance optimizationBEOL Cu integration, Hybrid Bond, BSI
