Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel SHIFT TIMES: 08:30:00 AM - 05:00:00 PM WORK SITE: 2649 South Road, Suite 220, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 Provide home care to patients with a vast array of medical diagnoses, i.e. wound care/wound vacs, PleurX drains, dressing changes, PICC line care/dressing changes, nephrostomy tubes, ostomy care, blood draws / venipuncture,diabetes management, CHF Management (Congestive Heart Failure).
