Senior Developer - Oracle Fusion SCM and APEX

Deliver and support high-quality technical solutions forOracle Fusion Supply Chain Management and Shop Floor systems , includingAPEX-based extensions , enabling reliable manufacturing, warehouse, and MES operations while adhering to approved architecture, standards, and security guidelines. The incumbent should also have knowledge ofOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)to support integration and application extensions.Roles & ResponsibilitiesWork closely with functional business analysts to gather requirements. Lead design discussions with stakeholdersDesign, develop, and enhance Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management technical solutions under approved architecture and standardsDevelop Fusion-compliant technical extensions using approved tools such as APEX, Visual Builder, BI Publisher, and REST servicesImplement authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls for Fusion extensions and APEX applicationsPerform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing for Fusion and APEX componentsAnalyze and resolve defects and production issues related to Fusion SCM and APEX extensionsSupport Fusion quarterly update cycles by performing impact analysis, regression testing, and remediation for assigned componentsOptimize performance of APEX applications, Fusion integrations, and custom extensionsCreate and maintain technical documentation for developed components, integrations, and support proceduresParticipate in code reviews and design walkthroughs, providing constructive technical feedbackFollow established development standards, security guidelines, and deployment processesCollaborate closely with functional analysts, QA teams, and integration partners to deliver high-quality solutions.Create a bridge between the business and developers and lead the technical effort from conception to completion.Assist in knowledge transfer, code review and mentoring of junior developers as neededIdentify opportunities to simplify solutions by leveraging Fusion standard capabilities and low-code toolsSupport deployment activities, cutovers, and post-go-live stabilization for shop floor solutionsStrong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to functional, operations, and business stakeholdersAbility to work calmly and effectively in high-pressure shop floor and production-support situationsProactive problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsSkills & QualificationsRequired Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience withOracle Fusion SCM / ManufacturingmodulesExperience developingFusion technical extensionsSolid expertise inOracle APEX (Application Express)for enterprise applicationsExperience withSQL and PL/SQLPreferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience supportingFusion quarterly updatesPrior experience working in hybridEBS-FusionenvironmentsUnderstandOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience6-10 yearsof overall ERP or enterprise application development experience3+ yearsof hands-on Oracle Fusion and cloud-based integration experience
