Skills/experience:• At least 5 years of domain knowledge in HRMS/HRIS/HCM• Has experience designing and implementing position control for large complex organizations, preferably government clients.• Excellent analytical abilities, good verbal and written communication.• Strong interpersonal skills: Relates well to all kinds of people both inside and outside of the organization; uses diplomacy and tact; builds constructive and effective relationships.
