Field Service Tech III

Job DescriptionThis position is to support our IT Equipment Center in the receiving, imaging and shipping of desktop equipment across the CONUS for the ES Sector in a higher level role. This will include the working with Teir-III support in troubleshooting and diagnosing problems that make occur during the imaging process. Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change. Maintains effective customer communications and relations. Will ensure all required data is accurately inputted in the the asset managment database.
