Manufacturing Production Test Technician
SummaryResponsible for testing, troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing Parata Max vial-filling machines to ensure each unit meets quality, performance, and customer configuration requirements before shipment. Works closely with manufacturing leadership to meet production and shipping priorities.Minimum QualificationsEducation/Experience:AAS in a technical field preferred or 3–5 years hands‑on experience with electronics/electromechanical systems.Required Skills:Read/interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagramsUse multimeter and electronic diagnostic toolsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issuesFollow detailed test procedures and documentationPerform software installs, firmware updates, and configurationsStrong communication and teamworkKey ResponsibilitiesTesting & QualityPerform functional testing of vial-fill machinesValidate performance, accuracy, safety, and reliabilityDocument results, defects, and fixesEnsure units meet quality and customer specsTroubleshooting & RepairDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issuesUse schematics and diagnostic tools to identify failuresPerform repairs, calibrations, and adjustmentsCollaborate with Engineering/Technical Support as neededConfiguration & SoftwareLoad software and execute firmware updatesConfigure machines per order requirementsVerify accuracy of programmed settings and labelingProduction & CollaborationAlign work with production priorities and shipping scheduleMaintain a clean, organized, safe work areaProvide process-improvement feedbackAssist in training new techniciansDocumentation & ComplianceAccurately record work in MES systemsFollow all safety, quality, and standard work proceduresSupport continuous improvement and corrective action efforts
