Manufacturing Production Test Technician – Electromechanical exp required Pay Rate: $22.50/hr Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday–Friday) Training on 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM for 4–6 weeks JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Test Technician to support the testing, troubleshooting, configuration, and repair of automated vial-filling machines. This role is critical to ensuring all equipment meets quality, performance, and customer specifications prior to shipment. Ideal candidates will have strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills and experience working with electronics and mechanical systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Testing & Quality Perform functional testing on vial-fill machines Validate performance, accuracy, safety, and reliability Document test results, defects, and corrective actions Ensure all units meet quality and customer specifications Troubleshooting & Repair Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools Perform repairs, calibrations, and adjustments Collaborate with engineering and technical teams as needed Configuration & Software Install software and perform firmware updates Configure machines based on order requirements Verify programming accuracy and system functionality Production & Collaboration Support production schedules and shipping priorities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with training new technicians Provide feedback for process improvements Documentation & Compliance Record work accurately in MES or related systems Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED 3–5 years of hands-on electromechanical experience OR Associate's degree in a technical field Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Experience using multimeters and diagnostic tools Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, and basic software) Ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation Strong communication and teamwork skills ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Must have reliable transportation Background check required prior to start Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs as needed Steel/composite toe safety shoes required (safety glasses provided) If you are interested, please reach out to Chin Yang at A-Line Staffing . 586-323-4194 | cyang@alinestaffing.com . Troubleshooting hydraulic components and systems Interpret hydraulic drawings and blueprints Interpret industrial application and hydraulic schematics Investigate hydraulic or pneumatic system problems Perform operational tests on hydraulic cylinders Follow hydraulic / pneumatic schematics Troubleshoot and repairs mechanical and hydraulic equipment Used in company's internal hydraulic manufacturing facilities Suggest electrical and hydraulic design changes in the field Rebuild hydraulic test equipment including actuators and service manifolds Repairing hydraulic pumps and cylinders or mechanical gear boxes Troubleshoot electrical control systems for all hydraulic equipment and components Shoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems and make corrections and adjustments Oversee, monitor, or inspect hydraulic installations or projects Make recommendations on hydraulic systems, pump upgrades and improvements Maintain industrial hydraulic lift equipment for railcar and locomotive applications Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems on various types of equipment Maintain stock of all required spare parts for all hydraulic equipment Verify findings, review readings of gages and procedures
