Manager, Program

Overview In this role you will oversee aircraft modification programs from planning through execution, including schedule, budget, engineering status, and certification milestones. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage supplier relationships, and maintain strong stakeholder communication to ensure on-time delivery. You will identify risks, drive action items, and support change management and kit development. This position offers exposure to regulatory processes and working with aviation authorities, with opportunities to shape program outcomes and customer satisfaction.
