Position Title:SAP FICO Solution Consultant / LeadWork Location:Waukegan, IL (Onsite)Assignment Duration:7 months (Possibility of extension)Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced professional to manage medium and large SAP projects, with a strong focus on financial systems and business transformation.The role requires a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant with 10+ years of experience in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, and optimization projects.Background & Context:The candidate will be responsible for driving solution design, ensuring process standardization, and partnering closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:* Work as SAP FICO Solution Consultant / Lead to deliver end-to-end medium to large projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support* Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Finance and Controlling processes, ensuring alignment with business, regulatory, and compliance requirements* Ensure integration consistency between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, PS) as well as external and boundary systemsQualification & Experience:* SAP Controlling (CO)* Product Costing* Material Ledger and Actual Costing* Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)* Margin and profitability analysis* SAP Finance (FI)* General Ledger Accounting* Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable* Banking and Cash Management* Asset Accounting* Project Systems (PS)* Experience working in global, multi-country SAP environments with complex financial structures* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills* Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional, global teams* Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
