Embrace a role that values your dedication and provides a platform to grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in resident's lives.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and monitoring of clinical conditions.Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to facility policies and procedures.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate updates to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations, including infection control, safety protocols, and quality standards.Qualifications:Valid LPN or RN license in good standing in the State of Florida.Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or acute care preferred. New nurses are welcome.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care.Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
