Legal Assistant

We're looking for a legal assistant who already understands the pace of a law firm and wants to continue growing in a professional, high-standard environment.This role is ideal for someone with about 1–2 years of experience in a law office who is organized, dependable, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.You'll work closely with attorneys handling personal injury and DUI defense cases, helping manage files, communicate with clients, and make sure the details are handled the right way.This is a team that values professionalism, urgency, and people who genuinely care about doing good work.What You'll Be DoingPersonal Injury SupportAssisting with active injury case files from intake through settlementRequesting and organizing medical records and billsCommunicating with clients, providers, and insurance companiesTracking treatment updates and case deadlinesHelping prepare demand packages and supporting documentationDUI / Criminal Defense SupportAssisting with DUI and criminal defense case managementOrganizing discovery, police reports, videos, and evidenceCoordinating court dates, deadlines, and client communicationDrafting basic correspondence and legal documentsAdministrative SupportMaintaining organized digital files and case notesManaging calendars, appointments, and follow-upsHelping attorneys stay prepared and ahead of scheduleSupporting daily office operations as neededWhat We're Looking For1–2 years of law firm experience preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSomeone who follows through and handles responsibilities without constant supervisionProfessional communication skills — both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfortable learning new software and systemsPositive attitude and team-first mentalityExperience in personal injury or criminal defense is a plus, but we're also open to someone eager to learn the practice areas.This position is with Bravo Delta Legal Services and contracted for work with Franchi Law.
