Travel: Up to 25% About the Role We areseeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales DevelopmentRepresentative (SDR) to support our Environmental Sales Team. In thisrole, you will be accountable for identifying, qualifying, andgenerating new sales opportunities across assigned markets and productlines. The SDR plays a critical role as the connection point betweenmarketing initiatives and our field and territory sales teamshelpingturn interest into meaningful conversations and long-term customerpartnerships. KeyResponsibilities Sales Opportunity Generation \* Identify and engageprospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and socialchannels across assigned markets and product lines. \* Create targetedoutreach campaigns for specific regions and customer segments. \*Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria and a strongunderstanding of customer needs. \* Schedule qualified salesappointments for Territory or Account Sales Managers. \* Achieve weeklyand monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets. \* Developand manage target prospect lists to support faster sales cycles. \*Support lead preparation and follow-up for conferences, trade shows, andindustry events. Pipeline & CRM Management \* Maintain accurate andtimely documentation of all prospect interactions in Salesforce. \*Manage assigned lead pipelines to ensure proper follow-up, progression,or disqualification. \* Provide visibility into pipeline health,conversion trends, and activity metrics to sales leadership.Collaboration, Learning & Growth \* Partner closely with Marketing tosupport lead-nurturing efforts and provide feedback on lead quality andmessaging effectiveness. \* Share market insights, customer feedback,objections, and emerging needs with sales and leadership teams. \*Contribute to the continuous improvement of outreach messaging, scripts,and qualification strategies. Process Improvement \* Use data, feedback,and performance insights to refine outreach efforts and improveconversion rates. \* Leverage approved sales tools and technologies todrive efficiency, consistency, and results. \* Actively build productand industry knowledge across assigned offerings and supported productlines. Qualifications Education & Experience \* Bachelors degree orequivalent experience required. \* Preferred fields: BusinessAdministration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or relatedareas. Skills & Competencies \* Proven ability to prospect, includingconfidence and creativity in cold calling and entering new markets. \*Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaborationskills. \* Highly motivated, results-oriented mindset with the abilityto succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. \* Familiarity with CRMsystems and sales tools such as Salesforce. \* Experience usingprospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) preferred. \*Knowledge of environmental or related industry products is a plus.Travel \* Approximately 25% travel by airplane to attend trade shows,customer meetings, and internal company gatherings.
