We are entering a significant growth phase with aggressive national expansion plans.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to lead business development on a nationwide basis. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding into new geographic regions and industry verticals, and driving significant revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with experience in contract manufacturing or container sales who is excited to help build EMCO’s national presence.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect, qualify, and acquire new customers across the United States in target and emerging marketsDevelop and execute strategies to expand EMCO’s presence into new regions and industry verticalsBuild long-term strategic relationships with decision-makers at chemical manufacturers, formulators, and industrial companiesPresent EMCO’s full suite of capabilities: toll blending, hazardous and non-hazardous material packaging, custom labeling, warehousing, and logistics solutionsFacilitate and assist with negotiations for proposals, contracts, and pricing agreementsCollaborate closely with operations, quality, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and high customer satisfactionMaintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity records in the CRM systemMonitor industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developmentsMeet or exceed aggressive sales targets focused on new business and market expansionTravel within the U.S. (25-50%) as needed to support national growth initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)4+ years of proven outside sales experience in chemicals, contract manufacturing, packaging, distribution, or industrial B2B servicesDemonstrated success in new business development and opening new markets or territoriesTechnical aptitude and ability to understand chemical blending, packaging processes, and hazardous materials handlingStrong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote/field environmentValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordWillingness to travel 25-50% nationallyPreferred Skills & ExperienceExisting relationships in the chemical, coatings, fuel additives, or other industries utilizing contract packaging servicesExperience selling toll blending, contract packaging, or HAZMAT servicesProficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft OfficeWhat We OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceIncentive program based on success401k, Health Insurance PlanCompany vehicleLaptop, cell phone, and necessary technologyOpportunity to play a key role in a high-growth phase of the company
